Upcycled black and white Victorian lampshade

Gallery

Here is a presentation of my favorite set of photos I took recently. They showcase the beauty of this stunning black and white, modern yet classical Victorian Lampshade. It is unusual because it is made of scuba, the same fabric they use in trainers and divers’ gear. It is also unusual because it used to be a peach mass market-produced lampshade. It was glued together with raw silk panels. Video coming soon of how I transformed it to what we see now today.

The side without the label still has trimmings for interest
